By downloading or using PetMedi Track you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy at petmeditrack.com/privacy.
Service
PetMedi Track is a pet health organisation and reminder tool. It is not a veterinary practice, medical device, or source of diagnosis or treatment. Always follow a qualified veterinarian. Do not delay professional care because of information in the app, including the symptom triage tool or AI label scan.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your login and for people you invite. Do not upload data you are not allowed to share.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt our systems, or upload unlawful, false, or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions
Prices, duration, and trial terms are shown at purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled through Apple or Google Play as described in the Privacy Policy. Digital subscriptions on Android are sold only through Google Play Billing. Fees are non-refundable except where Apple, Google, or the law requires otherwise. Invited household members are covered by the subscriber’s plan while it is valid.
Data accuracy
Verify all medication names, doses, and schedules, including label-scan suggestions. We are not liable for missed doses, incorrect data, or failed notifications.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetMedi Track and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for harm from reliance on the app, missed reminders, or scan errors. The app is provided “as is.”
Account deletion
Delete in Settings or via petmeditrack.com/delete-account. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update is acceptance.
