Delete your PetMedi Track account

This page is for PetMedi Track (the pet medication tracker on Google Play and the App Store). Use it if you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, and you want your account and associated data deleted.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Open PetMedi Track and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

You are signed out immediately. We aim to delete the account and associated pet, photo, and household data we hold within 30 days. This is a full deletion, not a freeze.

Option 2 — Email us (no app required)

Send a message from the same email address registered on the account to petmeditrack@gmail.com.

Suggested subject: Delete my PetMedi Track account

Suggested body: Please delete my PetMedi Track account and all associated data. Account email: [your email].

Email us to delete

We may need to confirm you control that inbox. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request.

Subscriptions (read this)

Account deletion does not stop charges from Apple or Google.

Google Play: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → cancel PetMedi Track.
App Store: iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → cancel PetMedi Track.

What we delete

Account profile and login, pet profiles, medications, logs, health notes, weights, documents and photos we store, household membership, and push tokens.

We may keep a minimal record if the law requires it (for example to show we processed your request, or billing data that remains with Apple or Google).
